Very impressed with this place. Good quality furniture and different styles. I can tell it's a Family business and love to see the owner around the store checking on you. The Sales Lady was so nice and helpful with all our questions and setting with the right expectations for delivery due to covid. I was looking for a refrigerator spent the weekend at different appliance stores to find overpriced refrigerators that were back order and out of stock. I googled appliance stores near and came across Simons in Franklin. I made online appointment for 10 am and meet with June what a pleasure of a woman to deal with especially after the weekend i had at other appliances stores with sales people that had no clue. June was very pleasant and helpful. I walked out 45 minutes later with a free delivery date of my new refrigerator. I will return to buy my washer and dryer and will definitely ask for June the very nice lady.

Great service. Beautiful furniture. Great prices. My husband and I stopped in looking for a dining room table. Robert assisted us and was extremely helpful providing great suggestions. I had been looking for cabinetry for my great room for several months with no success. I needed a special configuration tall and wide, above 9’ tall. Jason and Jared personally came to my rescue. They suggested a company that could customize every detail for an affordable price. And then they spent time with me advising on sizing and colors. The cabinets are gorgeous; perfect size and look. And importantly, quality wood and workmanship. I am thrilled and impressed. Because of their attention to customers as well as affordable pricing and product offerings, I have made their store a first stop for my shopping needs. My daughter and several friends have been shopping there as well with equal success. You will not be disappointed with their store.

We have ordered a bunch of new furniture in the past 6 months from Simon's. Absolute great quality and great service in store. BUT, I think the best part of Simon's is their delivery team. They are so professional and kind. It is always a pleasure to have them in our home!

We ran into an issue with a sofa purchased at Simon's less than a year ago. From the front office to the owner to the sales person that assisted with a replacement sofa, we could not have had a better experience. After a full manufacturer refund for my old sofa, Simon's sales associate Chrissy was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in choosing a new sofa. This is not my first excellent experience with Simon's and I highly recommend shopping local before visiting larger, less personal retailers.

We have been long time customers at this amazing store. The furniture choices are beautiful with such a wide range of styles, so many of which are staged as you would in your own home so you can visualize better how it would look. The sales personnel is very knowledgeable and accommodating....they make shopping here a pleasure......office staff also. We have never felt rushed or pressured and have always walked out smiling after a genuinely nice transaction. Simon's is just a great place to shop!

After some searching larger regional furniture "chain" stores we came back to our hometown. Simon's had everything we wanted at a reasonable price and good quality. Service excellent from sales through delivery. We've bought appliances and furniture in the past and this time bought six dining room chairs. Will finish the set in the new year!

Purchased a beautiful table and chairs 3 years ago. It is such a beautiful piece and was the right price. Service and delivery/setup where great! Love walking around the store too! Great atmosphere.

I ordered a counter-depth fridge from Simon's that I would have waited a month for had I ordered through Home Depot. Instead Simon's had the fridge ready to deliver in a few days at the same price plus a rebate. Jared Simon called to confirm the order (as I did it online at night), very friendly staff, no attempts at up-sells. The delivery was scheduled between 2-5 and they were at my house about 2:01. The delivery staff very friendly and professional. Will definitely do business with them again, can't go wrong.

My wife and I ordered a sofa and matching ottoman. The showroom sales staff waited on us promptly and were informative and courteous. We have purchased furniture at Simon's before and have always been treated well and the furniture has been well made. Simon's followed up with us by phone after our purchase to give status of our order. And they provided advance notice of delivery and delivered as promised.

We shopped multiple stores for our new sectional - "big box", "big name" but Simon's had the best value products, most knowledgeable staff and had the caring and personal commitment that you will only find in a "mom and pop" store. Chrissy, our salesperson, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Her presentation was complete with products' features, advantages, and benefits and ultimately resulted in our purchase of a very nice Stearns and Foster mattress and box spring set.

The owner and Mel and people at Simons were very helpful in helping us choose our new dining set.
I went twice to look at sets and decided on a custom order which Mel helped me with. Took a little time but Mel was very patient and helpful. The dining set came in about 8-10 weeks. It arrived in perfect condition and is beautiful! Loved the craftsmanship and quality of this furniture! I would highly recommend Simons and most definitely would buy from them again in the future! Thankyou to everyone at Simons! We are very pleased! The price is more than we anticipated spending but it is well worth it! We will enjoy this set for a long time!

I'm so pleased with both the level of service I received while shopping at Simon's as well as the product I purchased. Shopping for a stove with two small children is no small feat however they were treated with kindness and patience as they sat on every couch while I looked at appliances. We ended up purchasing an induction range which was the perfect decision for us. We are so happy with our purchase and the level of service provided throughout the transaction and delivery. Their delivery guys are professional and friendly and so careful with everything...even navigating complicated spaces! We have previously purchased a freezer and will definitely be back for our future needs. It's really nice to have a local business to support that can deliver locally for free and match any price of the competition!

We were able to get a nice sectional sofa at Simons at a great discount because it was a display.  The lovely throw pillows even came with it.  Folks from Simons came and set it up for us within a few days, and were very accommodating when we needed to schedule a different time of day for delivery than we originally signed up for.  The salesman we had was Robert and he was just the nicest and most helpful guy.  Also, the store is enormous with a huge selection - the building looks tiny from the street but inside, its downright huge.  I look forward to going back there in the future when we decide to pick out some other pieces, as their selection seems nice and our experience has been pleasant.

I have done business with Simon's for over 30 years.  I have purchased bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture, odd pieces, and all my appliances.  My experience has always been positive.  You pay a little more but it is high quality.  Some salesmen are a little higher pressure than others, but all are very helpful and patient.  A woman came to our house when we wanted to do our living room over.  Her ideas were excellent and we are still thrilled with the look and that was a few years back now.
