Store Policies

 Payment Policies 

  • We accept cash, check, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express) and have financing available (BrandSource or Synchrony).

  • Special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of sale, 25% deposit required if financing the balance of the purchase. All other orders must be paid in full at the time of the sale.

  • Stocked furniture, mattresses and appliances may be financed in full with no deposit.

  • Merchandise must be paid in full or financed when scheduling delivery.

  • Returned checks carry a $50 fee for insufficient funds and will not be re-deposited.

Cancelations

  • Stocked items can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Changes to special orders or cancelations of orders after 3 days will result in a 30% restocking fee.

  • Clearance and floor sample items are as-is, do not carry manufacturer warranties and are considered final. Appliance and mattress floor samples have full manufacturer warranties.

 Return Policies 

  • Stocked items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for a store credit less applicable delivery and pick-up charges. All items must be in original condition and must be picked up by Simon’s.

  • Special order items may be returned with in 7 days of receiving the merchandise for a store credit less 30% re-stocking fee and applicable delivery and pick-up charges. All items must be in original condition and picked up by Simon’s.

  • Individual components of furniture sets (bed rails, footboards, sectional components, etc.) cannot be returned individually, only complete items may returned.

  • Sales of mattresses, boxsprings adjustable bases, mattress protectors and pillows are considered final. Mattresses may be exchanged under our comfort guarantee.

  • Appliances may be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for a store credit less 30% of the net sale and applicable delivery and pick-up charges. Appliances may not be returned once they are installed.

Delivery & Removal Policies 

  • Changes to a scheduled delivery within in 48 hours of delivery day may result in an additional delivery fee.

  • Measure all doors into your home and throughout your home to where your products will be delivered to ensure fit. If an item does not fit the customer is responsible for the delivery fee.

  • Have a clear path into your home and throughout your home. The pathways must be wider than the products in order to fit. All snow and ice must be cleared from driveways, walkways and entrances down to pavement for safety. 

  • In order for us to remove an item it must be prepared for removal at the time of delivery. Otherwise there will be a $99 return removal fee in addition to any removal charges:

    • Gas appliances must be disconnected prior to delivery.

    • Dishwashers and microwaves must be uninstalled.

    • Refrigerator water lines need to have a working water shutoff valve in order for us to disconnect and remove your old fridge.

    • Washing machine water lines need to have a working water shutoff valve in order for us to disconnect and remove your old washer. We are unable to disconnect or connect to corroded plumbing due to the risk of leaks.
