Mattress 75 Night Comfort Guarantee
Simon’s does not offer returns or exchanges on bedding purchases, however a one time comfort replacement is available to ensure you get the best mattress for your needs. Our comfort exchange is valid on all mattresses for up to 75 nights of receiving delivery of your bed.
75 Night Comfort Guarantee Policies
You must purchase a mattress protector with your original mattress and your mattress must be free of stains and in its original condition to be eligible for a comfort exchange.
You must sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights starting from the day of delivery.
You may select a mattress of equal or greater value; you pay the difference in price. If you select a less expensive mattress refunds do not apply.
Customer is responsible for $149 disposal fee and a regular delivery charge. Free delivery is paid by the mattress manufacturers and is not available on comfort exchanges.
This is a one time courtesy exchange for mattress comfort only. Limit one comfort exchange per customer.
Our comfort guarantee does not apply to boxsprings, foundations, adjustable bases, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors or sheets.
Simon’s fully supports Massachusetts State law requiring mattress retailers to label any bedding having been sold – even if it is returned in original packaging – as “previously purchased”. Simon’s NEVER has (and never will) re-sell any mattress that has been previously sold. All mattresses exchanged for comfort are donated or recycled.
