Delivery & Pick Up

White Glove In-Home Delivery & Set Up

• All items are opened and all packaging is disposed of at our warehouse.

• We inspect and photograph all items and prepare them for delivery.

• All items are blanket wrapped and loaded on to our truck based on delivery order.

• Upon arrival at your home Simon’s delivery team will bring the items into your home in the exact place you would like.

• Simon’s will complete any final assembly of items in your home and install appliances to existing connections with the purchase of the necessary installation kits

  • Except gas for gas or built-in appliances and dishwashers which require expert installation.

• Please check appliance connections prior to delivery for corrosion; washer connections and refrigerator water lines.

Non-Gas Appliances

• Dishwasher basic delivery, installation and removal: $300

Microwave basic delivery, installation and removal: $200

• Contact us for other appliance installation rates, in home estimates are available for a small fee applicable towards your appliance installation.

• Gas Appliances

  • Per Massachusetts’ state law, all gas appliances must be connected by a licensed plumber. If you need help finding a plumber Simon’s can help.

  • All gas appliances being removed must be disconnected prior to delivery if Simon’s is removing the old appliance.

  • Simon’s will remove the old model and bring in the new one, then your plumber must return to connect the new appliance.
